An apartment located right in the historic center—yet in a quiet area—that is very bright, renovated, and air-conditioned. It features a corner balcony with a sea view and is equipped with every comfort for both short and long stays.

The property consists of a bedroom with one double bed (which can be separated into two single beds upon request) and a mezzanine level with one “French-style” double bed; it is equipped with a TV and free Wi-Fi.

The small kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, appliances, a kettle, an induction stovetop, a coffee machine, and various accessories. The bathroom includes a washing machine, complete with laundry detergent and personal hygiene products.

Situated directly facing the Port, the apartment is located just 600 meters from the Central Station, the Metro, Piazza Duomo, and major shopping streets such as Via Etnea. It is also just a few minutes away from the Airport.

The surrounding area is home to a wide variety of dining establishments, as well as a pharmacy, tobacconist, butcher shop, bakery, greengrocer, bars, and many other businesses catering to various daily needs.

Furthermore, the property is adjacent to stops for tourist mini-trains and local/regional bus lines. These connections allow you to easily reach the various towns on the slopes of Mount Etna—including our magnificent volcano itself—as well as major tourist cities such as Syracuse, Palermo, and Taormina, other provinces across the island, and the various beach clubs along “La Playa” or our beautiful rocky coastline, all located just over 1 km away.

Free parking is available in the adjacent squares and streets; alternatively, guests may utilize a nearby paid, guarded garage located just a few steps away.

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

A 10% discount applies to weekly stays.
For longer stays or during public holidays, the price is subject to negotiation.
