A comfortable, renovated, and furnished studio apartment—complete with air conditioning—featuring a quiet courtyard equipped for smokers or for dining al fresco. It is situated within a historic building facing the Port, occupying a highly strategic location right in the heart of Catania’s historic center and its famous nightlife scene.

The accommodation consists of a single room featuring a double bed (or, upon request, two single beds), a bathroom, and a separate kitchenette fully stocked with all types of cookware and dishes, a microwave, a kettle, and a pod-style coffee machine. Tablecloths and linens are provided, with a weekly change service for longer stays. The unit is also equipped with a washing machine, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a hairdryer, a convection heater, a refrigerator, a TV, and free Wi-Fi.

Additionally, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene products, and items for a quick breakfast are provided (including coffee pods, tea, milk, rusks, honey, jam, and Nutella).

Located just over 300 meters—an equal distance—from the Central Train and Bus Station, the Metro, Piazza Duomo, and Via Etnea, the area offers every convenience in terms of dining and services. Nearby amenities include pharmacies, grocery stores, bakeries, bars, tobacconists, banks, and post offices. There are also bus stops for tourist shuttles as well as local and regional public transport lines, offering convenient access to our beautiful coastal areas—such as “La Playa”—or the renowned rocky shores of Acitrezza and Acicastello.

This excellent location also allows our guests to easily reach all major tourist destinations—such as Palermo, Taormina, Syracuse, Ragusa, and our volcano, Mount Etna—in just over an hour by bus or train.

Free parking is available on the surrounding streets, or guests may opt for secure, guarded parking at the nearby Piazza Pietro Lupo.
