The house welcomes you with a spacious entrance hall equipped with a convenient wardrobe and a large storage room; the corridor on the right provides access to the two spacious and comfortable bedrooms; the first bedroom has a double bed and a single bed; the second bedroom also has a double bed plus a comfortable bunk bed; further down, you access a large bathroom with sink, bidet, toilet and a large and comfortable shower; on the left side of the corridor you access the spacious kitchen equipped with a table and 4 chairs, a large gas hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and microwave; the corridor is served by air conditioning that comfortably cools the entire house.

Use of the premises:
Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house; smoking is not permitted indoors, only in the outdoor areas.

Quiet apartment located in the Santa Rita area, very convenient for the Olympic Stadium, Inalpi Arena, the Faculty of Economics and the Polytechnic University; convenient public transport to reach Porta Nuova and Porta Susa train stations; area well-served by amenities, with green areas such as Rignon Park and Cavalieri di Vittorio Veneto Park (Piazza d’Armi), as well as sports facilities such as the Olympic Stadium Grande Torino and the PalaAlpitour/Inalpi Arena.
