I spent many years in the Casino/hospitality business and understand the importance of the guest feeling welcome, safe and relaxed. Cleanliness is also of paramount importance. I just love seeing people enjoying themselves. I’m also a bit of a Mr Fix It so will go to all sorts of lengths to ensure that any problems that arise are sorted out to the satisfaction of all parties.
