White Sands Beach Side Holiday House is a self-catering boutique holiday house situated next to a permanent green belt with direct access to the Golden Mile beach, a 4.5 km uninterrupted stretch of beautiful white sandy coastline in St Helena Bay. The town is on the shore of the bay and approximately 150 km from Cape Town. It is well known for its iconic monuments and dolphin and whale watching. A perfect getaway for those seeking a vacation away from the busy city life.

The house can easily accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 en-suite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature queen-size beds and the other 2 bedrooms feature twin single beds. The main bathroom has a bath and shower and the remaining bathrooms are fitted with showers only. All rooms have built-in cupboards.

The fully equipped kitchen contains a gas hob with a central wok burner, an electric oven, a stainless steel extractor fan, a double fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and a separate scullery area with washing machine. The double volume, open-plan living/entertainment area has a large flat-screen TV with full DSTV and a 2m fireplace which can also be used as an indoor braai.

Glass sliding doors open onto a large covered terrace with built-in 2m outdoor braai, wooden sundeck, outdoor furniture and sun loungers.

Free Wi-Fi is available.

A double garage with automated doors provides safe on-site parking.

White Sands Beach Side Holiday House is located only a few minutes drive from Shelley Point Golf Club and Spa, restaurants, shops and other facilities.

Minimum Stays:
2 nights during the week and over weekends.
3 to 4 nights over SA long weekends.
4 nights over SA Easter weekend.
4 nights during SA December/January school holidays.

Booking Conditions:
All quotations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
A 50% deposit is payable via EFT within 48 hours of making the booking.
The 50% balance is payable via EFT 14 days before arrival.
A key & breakage fee of Euro 50 (ZAR 750) is payable in cash on arrival. This fee is refundable upon check-out, less any/all deductions for damages.
Only the stated number of guests allowed. Prior arrangements must be made for any additional guests, in which case a fee of Euro 40 per person per night will be charged.
For stays longer than 7 nights, fresh linen, towels and a quick clean will be provided. Should you require housekeeping on additional days, this can be arranged at your own cost.
