Prestige Villa The View is located in the heart of French Riviera between Nice and Monaco, with five fully air-conditioned bedrooms and five en-suite bathrooms, a large heated swimming pool and an unforgettable panorama of Cap Ferrat. The property caters for up to 10 guests comfortably, offering approximately 300 square meters of living area within a half-acre garden inside a gated estate. The exteriors are set with extensive furnished terraces, infinity heated swimming pool facing the sea and an impressive lawn area.

Only a short driving distance from Villefranche or Beaulieu sur Mer, perched on high, the villa has the most fantastic panoramic views over the peninsula of Cap Ferrat, Villefranche and the Mediterranean Sea. There are two alluring beaches within a 10 minute drive, but if you’d prefer some urban entertainment, Cannes, Monaco and Nice are all easy to get to by car.
