Villa Silvia

The Holiday Home, situated right in the city’s historic center within an apartment complex facing the Port, is furnished to accommodate one or two guests thanks to a large single bed (120 x 190 cm). It is equipped with a convection heater for climate control and features a kitchenette complete with cookware and dishes, as well as an induction hob, microwave, electric kettle, and pod-style coffee machine. The bathroom includes a shower with a water heater for hot water, and a washing machine is also located inside. Tablecloths and bed linens are provided, with a weekly change service included.
Within just a few minutes, you can reach Via Etnea—the city’s main thoroughfare, running from south to north across the entire urban area. The immediate vicinity is home to monuments, churches, ancient theaters, and the modern theater named after the renowned musician Massimo Bellini. Also reachable within a few minutes’ walk are Piazza Duomo—featuring the “Liotru” (the famous Elephant symbol of Catania, situated in front of the Government Palace)—and the Cathedral of Sant’Agata, as well as banks, a post office, a tobacconist, a pharmacy, grocery stores, souvenir shops, and businesses of every kind. In the surrounding area, our guests will find restaurants serving traditional cuisine, pizzerias, bars, gelaterias, and pastry shops where they can sample the delicious sweet and savory delicacies of our culinary heritage.
