The villa consists of 4 suites:
– two suites with three beds on the ground floor ;
– a 4 people suite on the first floor and a 4 people on the second floor .

4 beds suite on the first floor:
– Two bedrooms ( one double ) ;
– Living room and kitchenette ;
– Bathroom with services ;
– Huge terrace;
– Shared equipped swimming pool;
– Extremely well furnished (washing machine , color TV , safe) ;

– Villa independent entrance, central and quiet position;
– extreme proximity to the beach (250 mt);
– the use of the swimming pool and the inside spaces to the residence they are common only to the tenants of the four apartments.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Check-in from 11:30 to 13:00 or from 16:00 to 20:00; -Check-out 09:00 am, however, you can leave your luggage for a few hours before check-in and after check-out; – The balance must be paid at check-in, in cash; – The maximum number of people that can stay in the facility is 4, under penalty of cancellation of the contract and the loss of the amounts paid. – The pool, of course, is not guarded by overseer , then , each parent is responsible for themselves and for their children , so you have to use the pool properly and taking normal safety precautions. The owner does not accept responsibility for your own safety. – Pets are not allowed in the property; – The cleaning and bed linen, are already included in the price.
– Instead, the cost of the towels have to be paid separately: € 25.00; (You can not
pay, taking you from home, but you have to communicate with e-mail, immediately).
