Villa Catalina is an exquisitely renovated villa set in rural Sitges, Barcelona. It is set within 400 acres of private secluded grounds offering spectacular views of the Penedés Wine region.

This spacious and beautifully established terracotta colored villa features restful living areas, traditional shuttered windows and tiled flooring. It’s relaxed rustic outward appearance contrasts with its luxurious indoor spaces. The villa is well equipped to handle large groups and has ample spaces for your party to spread out. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen and handsome dining area for up to 30. Should you wish to relax inside there’s a satellite TV, DVD player, CD and Wi-Fi and fitness room. Why not challenge someone to a game of table tennis or football or try out the video gaming?

Your extensive outside facilities include private swimming pool, a large patio and lounging area, al fresco dining area with seating for 18 and al fresco boardroom. There is also a barbeque with children’s play area. The property also features a unique traditional Catalan stone shepherd’s hut. Villa Catalina is an ideal venue for a wedding or a corporate event. It features a gorgeous Bodega that sits 150 people. The garden and pool area can also accommodate a large group of up to 300. At additional cost and with advance notice staffing and catering can be provided.

Villa Catalina can accommodate up to 30 guests overnight in its 15 gorgeous bedrooms, nine include en-suite facilities. All bedrooms include air conditioning and heating for the colder months.

Penedes is a natural and historical region of the autonomous community of Catalonia and is located in the south of the Principality of Catalonia between the pre-coastal mountain range, the Serralada Pre-litoral and the Mediterranean. This wine-producing region is framed by the coastal hills of the Serra del Garraf and the higher inland mountains, which skirt the Catalan Central Depression. It is considered to be one of the country’s best wine-producing regions, better known for its Cava production, a sparking wine, although the region also produces some highly regarded, oak-aged reds.
