The house, overlooking the Sibillini Mountains, is spread over two floors comprising:

Ground floor
1 veranda with a sofa bed and armchairs overlooking the mountains
1 spacious entrance to the living room with two sofa beds
1 fully equipped kitchen
1 half bathroom with toilet and washing machine

On the first floor there are
1 double bedroom
1 bedroom with two bunk beds
1 full bathroom with a large shower

You will be immersed in the greenery and tranquility of a villa in the countryside of the Sibillini Mountains National Park.
The space
Upon arrival, you will find a rustic veranda where you can relax, gazing at the glimpse of the Sibillini Mountains by day and an endless sky of stars by night, with a sofa bed and armchairs oriented to enjoy the view.

The living room, the heart of the apartment, is very spacious, completely renovated, and bright, with two sofa beds in the center for use if necessary or to enjoy an evening in front of the 34″ smart TV.

There’s also a large, extendable wooden table where you can enjoy meals with family or friends. There’s also a spacious desk for working remotely.

The modern, spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and more.

There are two bathrooms: one on the first floor in the sleeping area, complete with a large glass shower stall and a fully equipped bathroom. The second guest bathroom is on the ground floor, also equipped with a washing machine.

Every room is equipped with every comfort. The master bedroom has a top-of-the-line memory foam mattress and latex pillows. The other bedroom has single and bunk beds, all made of viscoelastic foam, and latex pillows.

The bathrooms in each bedroom are fully equipped with a large shower.

The villa’s highlight is its tranquility and total immersion in the greenery of the Sibillini Mountains, perfect for relaxing days with family or friends.
Guest Access
The villa, easy to find, is located in the quiet countryside overlooking the Sibillini Mountains, with a large garden in front.

Once you reach Serra, turn immediately left up the hill and you’ll be there.

Several private parking spaces are located in front of you.
Other things to keep in mind
Thanks to self-check-in and check-out, you can manage your entry and exit independently. The key locker is located next to the main entrance.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Upon request, if possible, late check-out is possible: there is no additional charge until 1:00 PM, while there is an additional charge after 1:00 PM.

A wood-fired barbecue with an induction hob is available for cooking any type of food. Please request use when booking.

Self-check-in and self-check-out allow you to manage your arrival and departure independently. The key box is located next to the main entrance.
