The house is located in the north of Sardinia, about 9 km from the sea, between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura…..
Surrounded by nature, it is a detached, comfortable and elegant house; with a cozy living room with fireplace, dining and relaxation area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
In the outdoor spaces, there are two verandas furnished with a dining table, sitting area and sun loungers to enjoy the tranquility of the place. There is no lack of barbecue and hot outdoor shower.
The space
Stazzo Sweet Home The White Fine is comfortable, tastefully decorated reflecting the creativity of the owners. The house has been renovated taking care to use natural materials while maintaining the typical architecture of the past.

You can enjoy the tranquility of the place, there are no other houses nearby (a few meters from the stazzo there is a barn that is now used as a storage)

With Internet access, the accommodation is also recommended for those looking for the possibility of smart work.

The two bedrooms are cozy , the first furnished with a double bed plus a single bed, and the other with a double bed plus a single bed.

The two bathrooms are modern and have comfortable walk-in showers.

The whole house can be heated to be lived in all seasons.

Refreshments are ensured by the thick stone walls as well as the hilly position.

You can enjoy the tranquility of the place, there are no other houses nearby (a few meters from the stazzo there is an old barn that is now used as a storage).
