Studio near the beach of Las Canteras

It is a small studio of 24m² next to the Playa de Las Canteras, around restaurant areas, a perfect combination of city and beach. The studio is ideal to spend a few days of tranquility, with the necessary to live and attend to your needs, with a double bed and a living room space with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a small kitchen.

The studio is modest, but cozy, it will cover all your needs to feel comfortable, in perfect conditions and to get to know this wonderful island, its beaches and its people. For our part, we will be happy to provide you with the necessary to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

At less than 1 minute walking from the studio we have the large beach of Las Canteras, with more than 3 km of sand and promenade. The beach has the (Typical Canarian, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Arabic, Hindu, Brazilian, Argentine, Peruvian, etc.). More of the island’s most densely restored nucleus, where you can enjoy the widest range of cuisines in the world. Half the beach has a natural bar that allows us to enjoy a sunny day with a calm sea. And for the lovers of the waves, in the southern cone of the beach (La Cícer), they will be able to enjoy good waves to surf.

One step away from the studio we have a garden with children’s playground where you can enjoy the smallest, a variety of supermarkets, banks and ATMs.

Just 20 minutes on foot we have the biggest shopping center of the island “Las Arenas” and also, near, “El Corte Ingles”, in case you want to go shopping.

The area is perfectly connected in transport (buses and taxis) and roads to visit any part of the Island.

Although if they want even greater ease, whether they come by plane or by boat, I can go pick them up at a price previously agreed upon by both.
