This self catering holiday rental has been recently renovated to a very high standard, with large fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher separate dining room with stone fireplace and sitting area, and master bedroom with en-suit bathroom and WC, separate WC and washing machine on the ground floor.

On the 1st floor there is a further living area with wireless internet connection, TV for DVD player, video library and drum set, bedroom 2 with double bed and private wash basin and wardrobe, bedroom 3 with double bed and private wash basin and wardrobe, bedroom 4 with twin beds and wardrobe, shower room + WC and bathroom + WC.

The gite has a private garden with parking and an entertainment area to the rear of the gite with outdoor furniture and BBQ.

Rental week commences from 4pm (16.00 hrs) Saturday to 10am (10.00hrs) the following Saturday. However, we will try to accommodate your specific requirements.

Short breaks possible for a minimum of three nights.

A 30% non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure the booking, with the balance due eight (8) weeks prior to arrival date.

A security deposit of 400€ is required on arrival at the apartment
