Welcome to our vacation home, a peaceful oasis nestled in the pristine Umbrian landscape, located on the ground floor of a recently renovated building at the foot of Mount Subasio. The property is strategically located just 4 km from the medieval village of Spello and 6 km from picturesque Assisi, two of the region’s most visited gems.

The apartment is completely independent, with a private entrance and a large, fenced garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors, enjoying the view of the Umbrian hills, or enjoying meals under the shade of a tree. The garden is also ideal for those traveling with children or pets.

Inside, you’ll find comfortable spaces: a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and relaxation area, a cozy double bedroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower. The furnishings combine simplicity and warmth.

The location, nestled in the countryside yet just a short distance from towns, allows you to enjoy a peaceful holiday without sacrificing the convenience of services and the ability to easily explore Umbria: from the trails of Mount Subasio Park to the food and wine and cultural itineraries of nearby cities.
