La Mourette 1 is a spacious first floor holiday apartment less than 300m from the faviourite Lucien Beach, bordering on Margate Main Beach. La Mourette consist of 8 units in one block and this apartment is on the ground floor level from the back but on the first floor level from the front. The modern well maintained complex also have a small splash pool with a braai area within view from the apartment. The complex area is mostly paved and do not offer much additional space for kids to play. The balcony however makes up for the lost space.

This modern spacious apartment has a few steps inside with sunken rooms and modern finishes. All rooms are also air conditioned and have two bathrooms, open plan kitchen and dining room with a huge balcony and build in gas braai leading from the lounge area.
