Con grandissimo giardino curato, recintato e indipendente (prato, alberi da frutto, uliveto, aiuole fiorite, solarium e barbecue) di circa 700 mq. Piazzale privato con 3 posti auto. Nel giardino attrezzato è possibile prendere il sole, rinfrescarsi con una comoda doccia esterna e preparare grigliate all’aperto. Immersa nel verde della “Piana del Sele” famosa per le produzioni di prodotti “lattiero-caseari bufalini”. Alle porte del “Parco Nazionale del Cilento” ed al “Massiccio degli Alburni”, ove sorgono le stupende “Grotte di Castelcivita”. A metà strada tra la Divina “Costiera Amalfitana” e la Stupenda “Costiera Cilentana”.

Dalle colline circostanti, in particolar modo dal centro abitato di “Albanella”, dalla collina di “Difesa Ciglio” e dalla collina del “Parco Eolico”, si può godere di un panorama strepitoso: Ad Ovest, tutto il “Golfo di Salerno” da “Punta Licosa”, alle spiagge di “Paestum”, da “Salerno”, alla “Costiera Amalfitana”, da “Punta Campanella”, all’isola di “Capri”. A Sud e ad Est i monti del “Parco Nazionale del Cilento” ed il “Massiccio degli Alburni”. Per gli appassionati di trekking e montain bike, il luogo è ricco di sentieri immersi in straordinari scenari naturali. I percorsi si estendono in tutto il territorio, dalla montagna, alle colline, fino al mare. Il clima mite consente di fare trekking in tutte le stagioni. La maggior parte dei percorsi sono alla portata di tutti ma non mancano itinerari per escursionisti esperti. Passeggiare nel Cilento significa attraversare a passo lento colline coperte da maestosi ulivi secolari, inebriarsi con i profumi della macchia mediterranea, salendo verso la montagna tra boschi di faggeti e castagneti, fermarsi a gustare i vini e gli antichi sapori tipici del luogo.
La conformazione naturale che va dal mare all’alta montagna fa da cornice a stupende passeggiate a piedi, in bicicletta, a cavallo.
