I Tre Ponti

Welcome to I Tre Ponti holiday home, I’m Saro and I’m your Host. This is apartment “1” of 3 apartments in the building and is located on the 1st floor without lift of a building in the center, a few steps from Via Roma and the Cathedral of San Giovanni Battista, close to shops, pharmacies, restaurants, markets and the inevitable Sicilian “putìe” rich in typical local products.
There are also various parking lots both on the street and guarded indoor, most of them are paid as they are in the center, however you will not find it difficult to park your car.

Low prices and strategic location make it ideal for business trips and tourism.

This Apartment just renovated and furnished, in the very center and equipped with all comforts and multiple beds.

The entrance gives into the kitchen / living room, where you will also find a comfortable sofa bed, which can accommodate two more people.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary comforts, has a four-burner hob and a comfortable oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a complete set of pots, pans, plates and cutlery and all the various utensils useful for cooking; you will also find a kettle and a coffee pod machine.

In addition there is also a piece of furniture on which the TV is placed, where you will also find the comfortable and useful guide of the house, full of useful information for your stay.
The environment is very bright, thanks to a balcony overlooking a secondary road, which is accessed and which protects the apartment from the disturbing noises of the city center.

In the Living, next to the sofa, I wanted to create a reading corner by placing a lamp with a curved arm, perfect for this purpose.

A corridor leads to the sleeping area, characterized by a bathroom complete with all sanitary fittings including a shower cabin and a window.
Here you will find soft tablecloths, as well as perfumed shower gel and shampoo that I personally put at your disposal. Obviously there is also a convenient hairdryer and a whole series of custom compartments to store all your personal effects.

Continuing you will arrive in the heart of the sleeping area, the double suite, very large, welcoming and bright thanks to a balcony and a large window, and equipped with a very comfortable queen-size bed.
From the room itself you can access a comfortable walk-in closet where you can store your clothes and suitcases.

All rooms are air-conditioned for both summer and winter in order to offer you maximum comfort.

I also remind you that smoking is not allowed inside the house or in the stairwell..
