Right off your balcony you’ll gaze out on the Emerald Coast, the pool, swaying palm trees, and silky, white sand beaches fourteen floors below. Incredible beauty!

Boardwalk 1405 is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo that sleeps up to four comfortably when the bunk beds in the cozy wall alcove are put to use. Boardwalk 1405 was built with an open-concept floor plan that allows guests to enjoy being together whether they’re watching a movie, preparing lunch, or enjoying the view from the balcony.

The Boardwalk 1405 main living area is outfitted with comfortable lounging furniture and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and cable. Free Wi-Fi in the condo will let you easily keep in touch with friends back home.

Nearby in the same generous living space is a dining table that seats four. The kitchen is just steps away and equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes. Just pick up food at the nearby market and you’ll be all set. The kitchen features granite counter tops and a breakfast bar that’s perfect for serving the kids breakfast. Of course, there is a host of restaurants to suit every taste close by – including 3 right inside the Boardwalk community! Be sure to check out the Rusty Anchor and the Boardwalk Bar & Grill. The seafood is incredible!

Of course, you’ll probably have a hard time dragging yourself away from the Boardwalk 1405 balcony where you can watch boats sailing while you drink your morning coffee. It’s also great fun to sip a cocktail from this balcony while you watch the sunset over the Emerald Coast. Your balcony’s design gives you a full view both up and down the coast.

Boardwalk 1405’s bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. There’s ample storage in the closet and dresser. After a day of playing on the beach, you’ll sleep soundly in this comfortable room. Connected to the bedroom is the beautiful bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a vanity with mirror. There’s also a stacked washer and dryer within the condo so you can keep your clothes and bathing suits fresh and clean.

As a guest of Boardwalk 1405, you’ll have access to the community’s beautiful pool and gated kids splash zone right by the beach. There is also a hot tub where you can soothe muscles that are tired from a day of fun in Panama City Beach. Fitness center access is exclusive to paying owners and is not available to guests, but ask us about gyms in the area. Be sure to bring a pail for beachcombing on the miles of beautiful sand. Guests of Boardwalk 1405 will have access to free beach chairs seasonally.

When hunger arises, there is no need to leave the resort, as you’ll have seasonal access to one of the 3 eateries on property. Between March and November, the poolside Under the Boardwalk Bar & Grill serves up fresh seafood, garden salads, and numerous yummy dishes to quench your hunger without even venturing away from the pool deck. A stone’s throw away is the Corner Market, selling beach goods such as sunscreen, towels, floats, as well as offering wine, beer, and snacks like ice cream and candy. You will also have access to the Rusty Anchor, a bar and grill located in the neighboring Boardwalk Convention Center. The Rusty Anchor delivers a full menu nightly including fresh seafood and char-grilled steaks. This sports bar is the perfect place for you to watch your favorite team on one of the multiple flat screen TVs, while enjoying hot wings and a cold drink. For those who just want a quick bite, the Rusty Anchor serves up some of the best appetizers and chicken finger baskets around, but also feature a great selection of beers with a full bar featuring nightly specials, happy hour, and the occasional live band. Craving beloved local favorite Pineapple Willy’s? You’re just a short stroll away!

There’s so much to do and see in Panama City Beach. In addition to the 27 miles of white sandy beaches, there’s great golfing and boating. You’ll also want to visit Wonderworks, the Pier Park, Gulf World Marine Park and St. Andrews State Park Nature Preserve. You’ll find something new and wonderful to do each day of your vacation. Boardwalk 1405 is a destination very popular with guests, so we encourage you to book early. As a guest of Boardwalk 1405, you’ll have one parking pass. Additional passes are available for $21. The primary guest at the condo must be at least 25-years-old.
