Historical structure of 1916, used as a tourist reception, perfectly renovated, with furnished interiors and with large green spaces outside. Completely fenced with two automatically opening gates and protected by video surveillance and always active cameras.
The Holiday House includes:
· GROUND FLOOR
100 m2 apartment with 8+1 beds distributed as follows:
living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 1 laundry room.

– Room n° 1: Double bed + bunk bed for a total of 4 beds.
– Bedroom n° 2: double bunk bed for 4 people (French model 140×190 cm).
In the living room there is an additional single sofa bed for any emergencies.

– Electric fan in each room and flat screen TV – Free Wi-Fi

– Fully equipped kitchen with plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave oven, toaster, freezer, moka pot, “My Way” capsule coffee machine, kettle, juicer.

– Laundry: washing machine, dryer, ironing board and steam iron

patio:
– Table for 10 seats and barbeque to enjoy grilled meat and local specialties.

– Leisure and Relaxation: relaxing two-seater rocking chair and a table football table.

2,000 m2 exterior:
– Luxuriant well-kept garden with shady trees and palms, a second large barbecue and gazebo used as a dining area with a table for 12 seats.
WC, toilets, private solarium with large “JACUZZI” hot tub for 6 people + above ground wooden swimming pool of m. 5.80 × 5.80 × 1.30 h with hot shower.
– Equipped bowling green adjacent to a luxuriant rose garden.
– Leisure and Relaxation: relaxing and comfortable hammocks placed in the shade of a willow,
– Free private outdoor and uncovered parking.

· Dog Ranger 400 m2:
– Fenced and shaded green space, equipped with 2 kennels, a small swimming pool, a shower. Possibility of remote control with your mobile phone, in case of momentary absence of the owner from the structure.

N.B. For nights less than N° 7 and number of people less than N° 4 THE PRICE DOES NOT CHANGE

FOR ORGANIZATIONAL REASONS THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES MUST BE RESPECTED.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: tourist tax, final cleaning of the apartment, towels, sheets, blankets,
bathrobes, hairdryer.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: apartment cleaning during the stay, cleaning products
and everything that is not mentioned.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
– 30% upon booking by bank transfer;
– Balance in cash or by credit card upon delivery of the keys.
