The apartment also includes a bathroom with a washing machine, sanitary fixtures, and a shower; and a storage closet containing an ironing board, as well as a table and chairs for use on the outdoor landing. Additionally, a second heat pump is located in the hallway to cool the rooms not equipped with their own units (the kitchen, second bedroom, and bathroom). Outdoors, there is a small courtyard shared with the owner, who resides on the floor above, as well as an outdoor shower and sink. Public parking is available nearby (approximately 50 meters away).
