Apartment is 50 square meter and is quiet and green area on the ground floor of a three-family house. From the windows you have a view of the garden! 10 minutes by bike, 30 on foot and 7 by car to the historic center and the train station. Ideal for families of 3/4 people. Pets allowed but we must agree on the organization as 2 dogs and 1 cat live in the other two apartments. The spaces are not large but well organised: entrance with coat hanger and shoe rack, sleeping area with double bed and large wardrobe, dryer, room with sofa bed and dedicated wardrobe, TV, kitchen, washing machine, walk-in wardrobe/dressing room and compartment for storing bicycles .

IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO SEPARATE WASTE COLLECTION.
Inside the accommodation you will find a sheet with all the instructions for waste disposal

SMOKING IS FORBIDDEN inside the apartment; under the porch at the entrance to the house there is a table with chairs and ashtray where it will be possible to smoke.

It is not possible to host people for an overnight stay other than those regularly declared and registered as guests of the apartment.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a three-family house and has windows that overlook the garden, therefore contact with other residents is certainly easier and more frequent than in a condominium with dozens of apartments. This solution has the advantage of the tranquility of the area and of the house but has the characteristic of having less “anonymity”… for example if many different people enter or leave the apartment it is noticeable and annoying…. we therefore ask, those who decide to rent the Bilo Giuditta, who intend to spend a peaceful stay in a welcoming family environment… if there is a need to hold parties, use the apartment as a place to receive customers for their business or many friends, it is not the right solution.

We offer hospitality with education and respect for people and their personal needs, without judgment but with clear ideas regarding the context in which the apartment is located and what is required, we therefore ask the same method from guests.
