This charming 3 bedroom self catering holiday cottage is located in Pleurtuit, and near to the seaside town of Dinard, It is only a 15 minute drive from the ferry terminal at St. Malo. This ideally situated, child friendly holiday cottage is a short drive from a selection of beautiful beaches in both St. Malo and Dinard areas. The self catering holiday home has on the ground floor an open plan kitchen /dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher and gas hob with electric oven. In the living area there is a flat screen TV with UK programs and broadband, WIFI internet. To the rear of the property there is a large enclosed sunny conservatory overlooking the patio and garden, which is furnished with outdoor furniture. The master bedroom with en-suite shower room + WC is on the ground floor, as is the laundry room with washing machine. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and the 2nd with twin beds, bathroom with shower over bath and separate WC. The cottage has off road parking and has a fenced garden to the rear of the property. By the back of the garden is the old railway line that has been changed to a walkway where only walkers and push bike riders are allowed. It is possible to ride along this track from Dinan to Dinard. The property owner’s home is also set in the same grounds as the holiday home, and will be available to meet you upon your arrival.There is a large Super U grocery shop, petrol station and pharmacy a few minutes drive from the property, and the nearest village is Pleurtuit around 5 minutes drive away, where you will find bakers, butcher, post office and banks.The cottage is available for rental all year.Linen and towels are not included in the rental price, however, they are available for rental upon request.
