VILLA SALENTO – UNITÀ’ “IL GIRASOLE”

The Girasole apartment, on the ground floor, is the main one of the villa.

It has 3 double bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two single beds), hallways, large bathroom (two shower cubicles, toilet, bidet, sink and large cabinet with mirror), laundry room with washing machine, huge well-equipped kitchen and fully equipped: fridge, 5-burner hob, electric oven, dishwasher, food processor, large table and chairs, various utensils, vacuum cleaner.

The kitchen opens onto a large canopy where there is an external dining area with stone barbecue for preparing outdoor grills, dishwasher, table with chairs, electric mosquito net, external bathroom (toilet, bidet, sink).

It also has an area with three outdoor shower cabins also equipped with plenty of hot water.

Two further double bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) open onto the large canopy. They have a bathroom (shower box, bidet, toilet and sink) and in the first room there is a sink, a refrigerator and a piece of furniture available.

The apartment has a total of 5 double bedrooms and three bathrooms, max 10 beds, mosquito nets on the windows and three air conditioners that heat and cool the rooms according to your needs.

The apartment also has a huge terrace in front, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas that allow you to relax under the sun and in view of the greenery around.

The apartment also has a large area behind it, used for parking, shared with the tulipano apartment, with centuries-old olive trees, in the shade of which you can safely leave your car.

Specify that the structure is suitable for groups of families who want to spend their holiday together because in addition to this main one, the structure is made up of 4 other small units with a maximum of 6 beds each. They can see the other units from the site.
