Apartment description:
Size: 68 m²

1 double bed room, a children’s room with 2 beds, large fully equipped kitchen-living room with pull-out sofa bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, separate day toilet, balcony.

The quoted prices are per night and apartment for two people, based on a minimum stay of five nights.
A surcharge applies for stays of fewer than four nights. A local tax of €4.10 per person (aged 14 and over) is charged in addition.

Included in the price:

• There is no additional charge for children under one year of age.
• For each additional child (aged 1 to 6 Years), we charge an extra €14.00 per day.
• For each additional child (aged 7 to 15 Years ), we charge an extra €20.00 per day.
• For each additional person aged more than 15 , we charge an extra €25.00 per day.

We charge €20.00 per day for each dog.
Final cleaning: €50.00.

• 1 round trip per day on the Schwemmalm gondola lift
• 1 round trip per day on the Breiteben chairlift (winter operating hours only)
• Free use of the Ulten cross-country ski trail
• Free admission to the Kuppelwies ice rink
• Free admission to the Provi-Snowpark in Proveis
• Free admission to Schwemmy Kinderland in Kuppelwies
• Free admission to the Ulten public swimming pool
• Free admission to the Culten documentation center and the Ulten Valley Museum
• Free use of public transport throughout South Tyrol
• Free use of the “Stickla” climbing gym in St. Pankraz

Something unexpected can always happen. We therefore recommend that you play it safe and take out travel insurance (e.g. European travel insurance). In the event of no-show or early departure, the insurance will cover your cancellation fees. Without travel cancellation insurance we charge as follows:
in the event of a cancellation/cancellation

• Up to 30 days before arrival: retention of the deposit
• 29–15 days before arrival: 50% of the booked price
• 14–7 days before arrival: 70% of the booked price
• 7–2 days before arrival: 100% of the booked price
• On the day of arrival: 100% of the booked price
• In the event of non-arrival or early departure: 100% of the booked price.
