Agrifoglio Case Vacanze

The Holly, located at an altitude of 650 m. s.l.m., is a small village in S. Savino, near the ancient convent of the Madonna di Costantinopoli.

It is part of a small group of houses of farmhouse origin, recently renovated, transformed for residential use and mainly used for holidays.

Inside it has a swimming pool, a solarium, a patio and a square and a playground.

The area is a true oasis of serenity and peace, immersed in the green hills of the Valnerina where thick woods alternate with large cultivated clearings; a secluded place but at the same time close to major communication routes.
