all (3 with en suites) – 3 in the main house and 4 in the Wing

extension – including one suited for disabled acess on the ground

floor. There are 3 living areas, 2 state-of-the-art kitchens, a 15m

x 6m heated salt water infinity pool and a beautiful walled garden.

the property – the Mas and the Wing Extension Living Room 1 – The

Mas has an open plan living and dining space leading to a

semi-professional kitchen and out to the garden through a number of

French windows with views to Mount Canigou in the Pyrenees range.

Two large sofas, occasional chairs, a working fireplace, dining

table for 10, plus antique style furnishings and a Grand Piano

complete the picture. Air conditioning. Living Room 2 – Upstairs –

a Children’s living area – ideal for board games or watching TV –

with arched windows and a Mezzanine level above. Living Room 3 – In

the Wing Extension there is a lovely double height kitchen/living

space with Mezzanine level above. The Kitchen is state-of-the-art

and equipped to a high standard. In the living space there are

sofas, a wood burning stove, TV and access to the garden and pool.

There is a desk on the Mezzanine should you have to do some work

and a small library with English books. This entire area is

air-conditioned. Downstairs independent WC Accommodation – 7

bedrooms (3 in the main house and 4 in the Wing Extension) Bedrooms

lead you to the Mezzanine with an office area, Wi-Fi and small

washing machine and dryer and opposite a bathroom with bath,
