The villa is south facing and the private pool and garden receives the sun all day but there is also a shaded terrace where you can enjoy some shade at the side of the pool. There is a bbq and large table and chairs for 8 people on the large terrace next to the pool. Next to the bbq terrace is a fridge freezer for pool side refreshments.

There is a w.c with basin plus and a utility store room with washing machine on the same level as the pool and garden.
Inside the villa there is a very bright living area with access to a large terrace with table and chairs and sun canopy. Also there is access to a balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
There is a large digital Tv with USB slot, table and chairs for 6 to 8 people plus sofa and 2 swivel tub chairs. There is a fixed line wi-fi internet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, cooker and gas hob, fridge freezer, iron and ironing board and a dishwasher. The kitchen also has access to the front balcony over looking the pool.
From the bedroom level there are sea views. The villa can sleep up to a maximum of 9 people. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single bed, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds bunk beds. In the living area there is a comfortable double sofa bed. Bedroom 1 has a private balcony and LCD TV with USB slot.

COAST/BEACH:
Sitges has many beaches to offer the nearest is around 300meters away so less than a 5 minute stroll away, there are many different beaches in Sitges most with bars on them with music and sometimes live music and live acts. There is the option of hiring small sailing boats or windsurfing plus jetskiiing.

TRAVELING IN TOWN:
An easy 6 minute stroll to the centre of Sitges where you will find many shops, bars and restaurants and night clubs, in the harbour of Sitges there is a Pacha night club and many bars. On the sea front there are many restaurants to choose from and there are some great tapas places all over Sitges. You have everything within easy walking distance form the villa so no need to hire a car.

TRAVEL DISTANCES:
– 40min to Barcelona by Fast Ferry (Bluemar), from Aiguadolç Port in Sitges. This is a travelling option that gives you the opportunity to enjoy a beautiful coastal view along the way.
– An 8min walk to SitgesCB
– Easy access to Melià Hotel, where many congresses and conventions are held.
– 8min walk to the train station, where the train takes you to Barcelona in 30min
– 10min walk to the bus station, where there’s a direct bus line which takes you to Barcelona in 40min. It runs every hour, all day long.
– We also offer van transfers from Sitges to Barcelona and way back at some really good prices, in case you’ll prefer the commodity of a private transport.

The villa is only a 6 minute walk from the beach or the town center of Sitges, which is around 450 meters. You’ll find plenty of restaurants, cafés and bars to enjoy, as well as many shops, museums and other attractions.

The train station of Sitges is a 10 minute walk away where there are regular trains to Barcelona airport and to the centre of Barcelona.
