Since the house is on the ground floor, there are a few stairs inside the residence and the beach can be accessed without crossing the road or taking the car. Ideal for families and groups of friends who want to spend a relaxing seaside holiday in beautiful Sicily. The beach is reserved exclusively for the residence and is very clean with free showers. The two-room apartment sleeps 4 and consists of a living room/kitchen with a double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed, and a terrace equipped with a table, chairs, and deckchairs, ideal for evening dining while listening to the sound of the sea.
The house is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, electric grill, dishes, hair dryer, iron, beach umbrella, and beach chairs.
The residence is well-kept, full of plants, trees, and ample play areas for children, including a seafront amphitheater.
Outside the residence you will find ample free parking, a kiosk, pizzeria, and newsstand. Tennis courts and a five-a-side football pitch.
The area is easily accessible, about 10 minutes (by car) from the Taormina highway exit. and is connected
to Catania Airport by hourly bus service. FOR THOSE WITHOUT A CAR, THE AREA IS CONNECTED BY SHUTTLE BUS TO THE MAIN ATTRACTIONS IN THE AREA; THE BUS STOP IS IN FRONT OF THE RESIDENCE. From Letojanni, daily excursions are organized to Mount Etna, Catania, Lipari and Vulcano, Palermo, Syracuse, and Noto.
