The Villas offer everything a vacationer needs and wants, including an iron and ironing board, washing machine, clothes horse, flat-screen TV with satellite receiver in the living area, hairdryer, mosquito nets on all windows, vacuum cleaner, and of course, air conditioning on both floors.
The homes have a large courtyard suitable for children and a garden made special by the presence of beautiful palm trees.

Security deposit of €300.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival and returned upon departure after inspection of the apartment.

Regulation :-

=> Check-in is from 16:00 PM
=> Check out is by 10:00 AM
=> The accommodations will be delivered clean and tidy; at the end of your stay, they must be returned in the same condition in which they were entrusted to you, taking particular care to wash all dishes used, empty the pantries, garbage, and refrigerator, and replace any furniture or objects moved during your stay. Failure to do so will result in a €150 charge.
=> In the event of extraordinary maintenance (breakdowns, repairs, etc.), the tenant must guarantee access to the house for staff.
=> Upon check-out, the tenant must empty all garbage bins into the appropriate external bins;
=> The tenant may not accommodate other people or animals, or a greater number than those indicated on the booking form, under penalty of termination of the contract and consequent forfeiture of any sums already paid.
=> In the event of any additions to the number of occupants, before or during the rental period, the tenant must contact and agree on the changes.
=> The tenant must communicate their arrival time (for reception purposes) a few days before arrival to facilitate rental management operations.

Regolamento Animale :-

=> Well-behaved pets are welcome;
=> Only small pets are allowed in the house;
=> Do not leave food in bowls in the house to avoid the presence of ants;
=> It is forbidden to let your dog do his business in the garden inside the house, but only in the external space surrounding it;
=> Owners are responsible for the hygiene of their pet and the home that hosts it;
=> Our 4-legged friends are welcome as long as they don’t disturb the neighbourhood.
=> The use of bed linen and bath towels for the animal is prohibited;
=> It is absolutely forbidden to let the animal climb on the beds, (i.e. sleeping area), armchairs, chairs, tables, etc.
=> It is absolutely forbidden to leave animals alone inside the house in the absence of the owner;
=> The owners will be responsible for any damages;
=> Specific cleaning supplement with sanitisation €90.00

The properties :-

=>. All accommodations are furnished and have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette (dishes, pots and pans, refrigerator) and everything you need for home living.
=>. All the vacation rentals listed are luxurious and therefore equipped with all the comforts and amenities not typically found in vacation rentals. However, any specific amenities are listed in the individual property descriptions;
=>. Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are not provided (unless otherwise indicated on the accommodation description).
=>. Any specific needs you may have must be clearly specified at the time of booking or before arrival.

The prices :-
=>. The prices of our holiday homes are per accommodation and per week and include (unless otherwise stated) all utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet, and garbage).
=>. Tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival
=>. Security deposit of €300.00 to be paid in cash upon arrival. This will be returned upon departure after an inspection of the apartment.
=>. Extra midweek cleaning available upon request for a fee
=>. Camp beds or extra beds are not included in the price for all apartments beyond the 6 standard beds provided;
=>. Any child’s cot or extra bed (if available) must be requested strictly at the time of booking and usually results in an increase in the rental price.

Reservation :-

=> The only way to book is through our website, by downloading and completing the Check-in Form.
=> Once you submit your booking request, we will check availability for the requested period. Only then will you receive a booking confirmation. This confirms the signing of the rental agreement between the tenant and the landlord, which is attached to the booking request, and the tenant’s acceptance of the Puglia Villa Panoramica general terms and conditions set out on this page. This contract will be 100% valid upon receipt of the confirmation deposit sent by the tenant.
=> The reservation is valid only after the customer has sent a co-signed deposit, as indicated at the time of booking confirmation.
=> The 30% deposit must be paid no later than 2 days after the booking date, otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.
=> Unless otherwise agreed, the payment receipt must be sent by email to [email protected]. The balance will be paid at the beginning of your stay upon delivery of the keys, after having inspected the booked accommodation and signed a valid rental agreement for tourism purposes. Accepted payment methods are cash and bank transfer. Bank transfers must be made on the day of arrival.

Transfers and withdrawals :-

=> If you are unable to make use of your reservation, you may transfer it to someone else by informing staff at least 15 days before your expected arrival date.
=> The transferor and the transferee will in any case be jointly and severally liable for the payment of the balance of the price, and any additional costs.
=> In the event of early termination of the contract stipulated at the time of booking and effective from the date of sending the deposit, the tenant will be required to pay the following amounts as a penalty: 1) Cancellation communicated up to 30 days before the arrival date: only the deposit already paid will be retained or the reservation is transferred to a friend or third party with our collaboration; 2) Cancellation communicated up to 15 days before the arrival date: half of the agreed-upon rent or the reservation is transferred to a friend or third party with our collaboration; 3) Cancellation communicated from 7 days before the arrival date: the entire agreed-upon rent or the reservation is transferred to a friend or third party with our collaboration.
=> Early termination notice must be sent exclusively in writing, under penalty of invalidity, by sending an email to [email protected].
