Our modern apartment ‘PADUA’ can be found on the first floor of a beautiful thatched roof house. The apartment is spacious with 75 sqm on two floors and designed for a maximum of 4 persons. Equipped with high quality solid wood furniture, dishwasher, stove / microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, new flat screen TV with HD, DVD player, stereo with I-Phone docking station and free Wi-Fi Internet access. Fully equipped with everything you need in the household! Two bedrooms, one with double bed, wardrobe and good mattresses, (bed linen can be rented for a fee) over it in the open attic the studio with a large bed (1.40 x 2m) Relax armchair, library and fitness equipment. Enjoy the distant view over the Baltic Sea from the living room and the balcony. Watch the passing ships and big ferries to and from Travemünde! (Binoculars on site) Enjoy a walk on the natural beach or in summer a fresh bath in the Baltic Sea. We recommend cycling on the ‘Baltic bike path’ in the immediate vicinity of our apartment. Cycling through the blooming rape fields in April or even in late summer highly recommended! Enjoy the view of the sea, nice restaurants in the area and nature! Back in your apartment you can relax in the spacious relaxation area in the attic, perhaps with a good book from our reading corner …….. this is pure holiday!

Travemünde excites us again every time, only 7 km away! (Cycle tour approx. 20 min) Harbor atmosphere with screeching gulls, fishing port with fishing boats and really fresh fish, culinary variety in numerous restaurants on the Priwall and in Travemünde. Great cafes, especially the marzipan nut cake in Niederegger. In the front row there are many shops for shopping.

You can take boat trips with the Hanseatic League to Lübeck or do duty-free shopping on a cutter while taking a sea trip.

Wellness offers are available in the hotels in Travemünde, Timmendorf or Boltenhagen, in winter you can spend a whole day there with sauna, massages u. S. W.

Fancy shopping? The cities of Lübeck, Wismar and Schwerin can be reached quickly by car if something is desired.
